Configuration for the voice call channel.

Fields

provider: VoiceProvider

Telephony provider: twilio, telnyx, or plivo.

account_id: String

Account SID (Twilio) / API Key (Telnyx) / Auth ID (Plivo).

auth_token: String

Auth token / API secret.

from_number: String

Phone number to use for outbound calls (E.164 format).

webhook_port: u16

Port to listen on for telephony webhooks. Default: 8090.

require_outbound_approval: bool

Whether outbound calls require user approval. Default: true.

transcription_logging: bool

Whether to log full call transcriptions to workspace. Default: true.

tts_voice: Option<String>

TTS voice to use for call audio output. Provider-specific.

max_call_duration_secs: u64

Maximum call duration in seconds. Default: 3600 (1 hour).

webhook_base_url: Option<String>

Webhook base URL override (e.g. ngrok/Tailscale tunnel URL). If unset, the system will try to auto-detect.
