NameRefs

Struct NameRefs

Source
pub struct NameRefs<'a> { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

A lookup plus the names it could not answer — the shape every by-name lowering wants (Lua’s props, a keyframe stop or an entrance in any binding, since those cross as plain data with the name still in them), so the one miss policy is written once: a $name that resolves to nothing, or to the other kind, is None — the slot is left at the row’s default, the way the prop would be if it were not declared — and the miss is remembered for the caller to raise as unknown-token once the lookup’s borrow of the core is handed back (Core::warn_unknown_token).

Implementations§

Source§

impl<'a> NameRefs<'a>

Source

pub fn new(look: TokenLookup<'a>) -> NameRefs<'a>

Source

pub fn family(&mut self, name: &str) -> FontFamily

The family a text names: a stock one by its spelling (sans, serif, mono), else an installed or loaded family, registered in the session and drawn by its handle. A name nothing matches is sans, and remembered for the caller to raise as unknown-family (Core::warn_unknown_family).

Source

pub fn take_missed_families(&mut self) -> Vec<String>

The family names that matched nothing, taken; each one line of unknown-family for the caller to raise.

Source

pub fn lookup(&self) -> TokenLookup<'a>

The lookup itself, for a caller that reads a token without the miss bookkeeping.

Source

pub fn color(&mut self, name: &str) -> Option<Color>

The colour name resolves to this frame, or None (remembered).

Source

pub fn length(&mut self, name: &str) -> Option<f32>

The length name resolves to this frame, or None (remembered).

Source

pub fn color_ref(&mut self, v: &Value) -> Option<Option<Color>>

A value that is a $name colour reference, resolved; None for a value that is not a reference. A reference that missed is Some(None): consumed, unresolved, remembered.

Source

pub fn length_ref(&mut self, v: &Value) -> Option<Option<f32>>

The same for a length.

Source

pub fn take_missed(&mut self) -> Vec<TokenError>

The names that resolved to nothing, taken; each one line of unknown-token for the caller to raise.

fn into_any_rc(self: Rc<T>) -> Rc<dyn Any>

Convert Rc<Trait> (where Trait: Downcast) to Rc<Any>. Rc<Any> can then be further downcast into Rc<ConcreteType> where ConcreteType implements Trait.
Source§

fn as_any(&self) -> &(dyn Any + 'static)

Convert &Trait (where Trait: Downcast) to &Any. This is needed since Rust cannot generate &Any’s vtable from &Trait’s.
