pub enum Overscroll {
Auto,
Contain,
}Expand description
What a scroll gesture that starts over a scroller already at its limit
does: CSS’s overscroll-behavior, spelled by the overscroll row.
A gesture picks its target when it starts: the innermost scroller
under the pointer that can still move the way it goes. One at its
limit is passed by, to the scroller around it — chaining — and
Contain stops that: the gesture is this scroller’s, and moves
nothing until it turns back. Only on the axes the node scrolls, so a
scroll_y list that contains still passes a sideways swipe to the
strip it sits in, where CSS would stop that too. Decided at
the start only: a gesture that reaches a limit midway stops there
whatever this says, as a browser’s does.
Variants§
Auto
The gesture goes on to the scroller around this one when this one is at its limit that way.
Contain
A gesture that starts here stays here: a panel, a popup’s list or a sheet whose scrolling must never move the page behind it.
