Fields§

§model: String

Model alias or full id passed to claude --model (e.g. “opus”, “sonnet”).

§reasoning_effort: String

Passed to claude --effort: low | medium | high | xhigh | max.

§max_turns: Option<u32>§max_budget_usd: Option<f64>§tools: Vec<String>§backend: Option<String>

Backend override for this role. None or "claude" keeps the default Claude Code backend, "codex" selects crate::backend_codex::CodexBackend, "droid" selects crate::backend_droid::DroidBackend, "kimi" selects crate::backend_kimi::KimiBackend, "local" selects an OpenAI-compatible HTTP endpoint, "acp" selects crate::backend_acp::AcpBackend (worker role only), and "cursor" selects crate::backend_cursor::CursorBackend (opt-in, validator-first; docs/scoping/cursor-cli-backend.md). config::validate checks that the selected backend/model pair is supported for the role.

The guarded local-validator boundary (KRZ-206b): on the validatorFunctional role "local" is allowed for DETERMINISTIC mechanical checks only (contract-command pass/fail against engine-captured exit codes) — every local PASS is frontier-confirmed before it greens a gate, and a local FAIL is trusted unconfirmed (failures are visible; misses are the danger). On the validatorScrutiny role "local" is rejected outright: scrutiny is judgment, and a local judgment PASS is the silent-green failure mode the split exists to prevent.

§base_url: Option<String>

Base URL of the OpenAI-compatible HTTP endpoint for backend = "local". Required and validated when a role selects the local backend.

§acp_command: Option<String>

Executable of the ACP (Agent Client Protocol) agent for backend = "acp". Required and validated when a role selects the acp backend (KRZ-301; worker role only for now).

§acp_args: Vec<String>

Extra argv for acpCommand (model flags, agent-specific options — ACP itself has no standard model-selection parameter in v1).

§context_budget: Option<u32>

Context window budget (tokens) for backend = "local", used to guard against KV-cache blowout. Required and validated when a role selects the local backend.

§temperature: Option<f64>

Sampling temperature for backend = "local". Optional; validated when present.

§sandbox: SandboxConfig

Per-role OS sandbox opt-in.
