pub enum MobilityScale {
Calibrated,
Linear,
}Expand description
Which 1/K0 scale a Bruker reader reports ([file] bruker_mobility_scale).
The conversion itself happens in the koth-ms Bruker reader; this crate only
carries the setting.
Variants§
Calibrated
Bruker acquisition calibration (TimsCalibration), identical to the
timsdata SDK opened in its default (non-recalibrated) state.
Linear
timsrust’s straight line between the acquisition-range bounds. This was koth’s only behaviour up to 0.9.0.
