A source entry for the generic decode queue.

Each entry provides an ID, a display path (for logging/timeline), a format hint, and a factory that constructs a fresh MediaSourceStream.

Fields

id: QueueItemId

path: PathBuf

Path used for logging and TrackBoundary. Need not be a real FS path.

hint: Hint

Format hint for Symphonia (e.g. file extension).

make_mss: Box<dyn FnOnce() -> Result<MediaSourceStream> + Send>

Factory that creates the MediaSourceStream. Called exactly once per track.
