One caller-labelled predicate evaluated inside a graph writer transaction.

The statement must be one SELECT (including WITH followed by SELECT) returning exactly one row and one column. SQLite INTEGER 1 passes and INTEGER 0 refuses; other values and result shapes refuse with a typed reason. The caller owns the predicate and its tables. This is trusted in-process SQL, not a sandbox.
