pub enum ChannelIngestFailureClass {
Retryable {
reason: &'static str,
},
Permanent {
reason: &'static str,
},
Unknown {
reason: &'static str,
},
}Expand description
Typed disposition for a channel message whose comm.ingest write failed.
Every bucket carries the stable RuntimeError variant name that selected
it. Consumers can therefore make retry/quarantine decisions and report a
reason without inspecting the error’s rendered text.
Variants§
Retryable
A pre-execution admission failure that is safe to retry indefinitely.
Permanent
A deterministic policy refusal that should quarantine immediately.
Unknown
An error with no explicit retry or permanent policy classification.
