Deferred effects whose owning atomic unit has committed successfully.
Only the shared prepared-unit commit owner constructs this token.
Consumers may inspect
its effects through CommittedPostCommitEffects::as_slice, while the
phase-3 executor takes the token by value; no public API exposes the owned
effect collection or accepts a prepare-time PostCommitEffect in its
place.
A committed token is a one-shot capability and cannot be cloned for replay:
