Latest completed writer-task span for one database, decomposed at the boundaries an operator can act on (#1849). A zero value means that phase did not run (top-level/early-failure request) or completed below the microsecond clock resolution; total_micros retains the full span.

Distinct labels the drained request ran, in first-seen order, deduplicated and bounded at MAX_WRITE_LABELS. Resolved only for a write that crossed the slow-write threshold, so empty for every write below it; also empty when no statement in the request carried a label and the submit site had no name in hand — e.g. an opaque closure from a caller with no &'static str operation.

labels_truncated: Option<u64>

Distinct labels dropped past MAX_WRITE_LABELS, when the request named more; None when nothing was dropped.
