#[non_exhaustive]pub enum ScanBackend {
Gpu,
SimdCpu,
CpuFallback,
}Expand description
Scan execution backend selected for a given workload.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
Gpu
GPU pattern matching via warpstate (for <100 patterns).
SimdCpu
Hyperscan NFA multi-pattern matching + SIMD prefilter. This is the primary high-throughput path on all platforms.
CpuFallback
Pure CPU: warpstate AC + regex. No Hyperscan, no GPU.
