Generalizes MultiSeriesSync from exactly two series (primary/benchmark) to an arbitrary, named set: N-way synchronization, an optional maximum forward-fill staleness age, and explicit per-series BarQuality (observed vs. forward-filled) instead of a single implicit benchmark slot.
