Primary subtag, lowercased (de-AT → de).

pub fn tag(&self) -> Option<String>

The tag as BCP 47 writes it, without spaces around it and with its subtags joined by - (en_GB → en-GB). None when it is no language tag as Kernsetzer reads one: a primary language subtag of two or three letters, then subtags of one to eight letters and digits (de-AT, en_GB, sr-Latn). Pre-flight reports any other language as INVALID_LANGUAGE.

pub fn effective(&self) -> Lang

The language the book is set in, print and EPUB alike: this one as Lang::tag writes it, or English (the default) where it is no language tag, so that a language typed wrong never stops a render.
