MergeInsertChain

Struct MergeInsertChain

Source
pub struct MergeInsertChain { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

A THEN INSERT under construction. The merge_insert production takes one row — not the multi-row list an INSERT statement does — and with no row it is INSERT DEFAULT VALUES.

Implementations§

Source§

impl MergeInsertChain

Source

pub fn columns( self, columns: impl IntoIterator<Item = impl Into<Cow<'static, str>>>, ) -> MergeInsertChain

The insert column list: INSERT ("id", "name").

Source

pub fn overriding_system(self) -> MergeInsertChain

OVERRIDING SYSTEM VALUE — as on an INSERT statement.

Source

pub fn overriding_user(self) -> MergeInsertChain

OVERRIDING USER VALUE — as on an INSERT statement.

Source

pub fn values(self, row: impl IntoExprList) -> MergeInsertChain

The row: VALUES ($1, $2). A cell may be DEFAULT, which is raw("DEFAULT"). Replaces any previously set row — the production takes exactly one.
