A pair, never a percentage: the screen divides. A server that answered “80%” would have decided that eight hours out of ten is the same fact as four out of five, and thrown away the two numbers a person reads.

Fields

norm_seconds: i64

Seconds the calendar and the person’s rate ask for, over the range, less the days they were on leave.

standard_hours: Decimal

The installation’s full day, in hours, so a screen can say what a day is worth without a second request.

work_rate: Decimal

This person’s share of it.
