Jira’s three status categories, which every workflow status maps onto.

Status names are the workflow’s own and come translated (“In Progress”, “В работе”); the category keys do not. Anything kasl decides about where an issue stands is decided on these.

indeterminate: in progress.

Done

done: finished, whatever the resolution.

Unknown

A key this version does not know, or none sent.
