pub struct TokenReader<'a, I: IntoIterator<Item = Token>> { /* private fields */ }
Expand description
An adapter to convert a stream of Token
s into bytes by implementing an
std::io::Read
trait.
Currently it produces output without any whitespace, suitable for efficient sending and for handling by machines.

Sourcepub fn new(iter: I, source: Option<&'a str>) -> TokenReader<'a, I> ⓘ
pub fn new(iter: I, source: Option<&'a str>) -> TokenReader<'a, I> ⓘ
Returns a new TokenReader
§Args
iter
- the iterator producingToken
instances we are to convertsource
- an optional, original string from which the tokens were generated. This offers the best performance when serializing tokens, as they can refer to their original&str
slice.
