JSContact Id data type (RFC 9553 §1.4.1).

A string of 1–255 octets containing only base64url-safe characters (A-Z, a-z, 0-9, -, _). JSContact Id values are NOT JMAP Id values: validation of the character set is left to the caller because this crate has no JMAP dependency.

Modelled as a transparent newtype around String so that wire JSON for fields typed Id looks identical to a bare String.
