Struct RefName

Source
pub struct RefName(/* private fields */);
Expand description

Borrowed local (or local part of remote) bookmark or tag name.

Use .as_str() or .as_symbol() for displaying. Other than that, this can be considered an immutable str.

Implementations§

Source§

impl RefName

Source

pub const fn new(name: &str) -> &Self

Wraps string name.

Source

pub const fn as_str(&self) -> &str

Returns the underlying string.

Source

pub fn as_symbol(&self) -> &RefSymbol

Converts to symbol for displaying.

Source§

impl RefName

Source

pub fn to_remote_symbol<'a>( &'a self, remote: &'a RemoteName, ) -> RemoteRefSymbol<'a>

Constructs a remote symbol with this local name.
