A principal’s share of bucket access.
Combines a Principal (identity + role) with an optional encrypted secret share.
The share structure differs by role:
- Owners: Always have
Some(SecretShare)encrypted to their public key - Mirrors: Always have
None; use the manifest’spublicsecret instead
