Unique operation ID (timestamp + peer_id)

op_type: OpType

Type of operation

path: PathBuf

Target path (destination for Mv, affected path for others)

content_link: Option<Link>

For Add: link to the content (None for Remove/Mkdir/Mv)

is_dir: bool

Whether this operation affects a directory
