Fields

servers: Vec<String>

DNS server addresses, in order (e.g. the lab’s domain controller).

search: Vec<String>

Search domains appended to bare names.

domain: Option<String>

The machine’s own domain name.

options: Vec<String>

Resolver options, as resolv.conf’s options line writes them: name or name:value (ndots:2, timeout:1, attempts:3, rotate). A container’s dns_opt, a pod’s dnsConfig options.
