HostSize

Struct HostSize

Source
#[non_exhaustive]
pub struct HostSize { pub cpus: u32, pub memory_mb: u32, pub disk_gb: u32, }
Expand description

The size of the VM the containers run on.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)§

This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.
§cpus: u32

CPUs: one per container unless it says, at least 2, at most 16.

§memory_mb: u32

Memory in MB: 512 per container unless it says, plus 1 GB for Docker itself.

§disk_gb: u32

Disk in GB: 5 per container unless it says, at least 20.

Implementations§

Source§

impl HostSize

Source

pub fn of(env: &Environment) -> HostSize

The host’s size for the environment’s containers.

Source

pub fn pick<T: Copy>(&self, [small, medium, large]: [T; 3]) -> T

One of three sizes of VM by its memory: up to 4 GB, up to 8 GB, more.
