DriftDetectorState

Enum DriftDetectorState

Source
#[non_exhaustive]
pub enum DriftDetectorState { PageHinkley { running_mean: f64, sum_up: f64, min_sum_up: f64, sum_down: f64, min_sum_down: f64, count: u64, }, Adwin { rows: Vec<Vec<AdwinBucketState>>, total: f64, variance: f64, count: u64, width: u64, }, Ddm { mean: f64, m2: f64, count: u64, min_p_plus_s: f64, min_s: f64, }, }
Available on crate feature alloc only.
Expand description

Serializable state for any drift detector variant.

Captures running statistics so that save/load cycles preserve accumulated warmup data instead of creating a fresh detector (which would cause spurious drift signals).

Variants (Non-exhaustive)§

This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
§

PageHinkley

Page-Hinkley Test accumulated state.

Fields

§running_mean: f64

Running mean of the observed stream.

§sum_up: f64

Cumulative upward deviation sum.

§min_sum_up: f64

Minimum upward deviation sum seen so far.

§sum_down: f64

Cumulative downward deviation sum.

§min_sum_down: f64

Minimum downward deviation sum seen so far.

§count: u64

Number of samples observed.

§

Adwin

ADWIN exponential histogram state.

Fields

§rows: Vec<Vec<AdwinBucketState>>

Exponential histogram rows (each row contains buckets of equal width).

§total: f64

Running total of all values in the window.

§variance: f64

Running variance estimate.

§count: u64

Total count of values in the window.

§width: u64

Current adaptive window width.

§

Ddm

DDM Welford running statistics state.

Fields

§mean: f64

Online mean of the error stream (Welford).

§m2: f64

Sum of squared deviations from the mean (Welford M2).

§count: u64

Number of samples observed.

§min_p_plus_s: f64

Minimum observed p + s (mean + std dev), used for drift threshold.

§min_s: f64

Minimum observed standard deviation.
