Total number of update() calls.

§overflow_events: u64

Number of steps on which overflow was detected.

§scale_ups: u64

Number of times the scale was increased.

§scale_downs: u64

Number of times the scale was decreased.

§current_scale: f64

Current loss scale at the time the snapshot was taken.
