Variants

HigherPriority

Prefer the rule with the higher priority value.

LaterTimestamp

Prefer the more recently created rule (largest created_at_secs).

Alphabetical

Prefer the rule with the lexicographically smaller rule_id (deterministic).

FirstRegistered

Prefer the rule that was registered first (smallest index in rules vec).
