Maximum size in bytes before this rule triggers. None means no size constraint.

required_tag: Option<String>

If Some, this rule only applies to blocks that carry this tag.

action: RetentionAction

The action to apply when this rule matches a block.

priority: u32

Evaluation priority: higher values are evaluated first.
