Plain struct — no atomics; the scheduler is single-threaded by design.

Total number of record_access calls.

§total_hints_issued: u64

Total number of non-None hints returned by next_hints.

§total_deduped: u64

Total number of offsets skipped due to recent prefetch cache hits.
