Fields

task_id: u64

Unique identifier assigned by the balancer.

cid: String

Content identifier of the block to be moved.

size_bytes: u64

Size of the block in bytes.

from_tier: TierKind

Source tier.

to_tier: TierKind

Destination tier.

priority: u32

Scheduling priority — higher value means the task should run first.
