Variants

Synchronous

Wait for all healthy replicas to confirm before returning.

Asynchronous

Fire-and-forget — enqueue and return immediately.

BestEffort

Skip failed replicas silently; do not retry.

QuorumWrite(usize)

Require acknowledgement from at least n replicas before proceeding.

PriorityFirst

Process replicas in descending priority order, stopping at the first failure.
