Fields

Ordered list of recommended actions.

urgency: u8

Urgency level: 0 = none, 1 = low, 2 = medium, 3 = high.

reason: String

Human-readable summary of why these actions were chosen.

estimated_bytes_freed: u64

Estimated number of bytes that will be freed if all actions are applied.
