Named BcmCachedBlock to avoid collision with any existing CachedBlock.

Content identifier (CID string) for this block.

§data: Vec<u8>

Raw block data.

§tier: CacheTier

Which tier this block currently lives in.

§inserted_at: u64

Unix-timestamp (or logical clock) when this block was first inserted.

§last_accessed: u64

Unix-timestamp (or logical clock) of the most recent access.

§access_count: u64

Number of times this block has been read since insertion.

§pinned: bool

If true, eviction is forbidden for this block.
