§criterion: OptimizationCriterionCriterion used when comparing index structures.
rebuild_threshold: f64If estimated recall falls below this threshold a rebuild is triggered (0–1).
profile_window: usizeMinimum number of queries to observe before making a recommendation.
max_memory_bytes: u64Hard upper bound on memory usage in bytes (used for CostBudget filtering).
