LRU
Evict the entry least recently accessed.
LFU
Evict the entry with the lowest access count.
SemanticCluster
Evict from the largest semantic cluster (over-represented embeddings first).
TTLFirst
Evict the entry closest to expiry; fall back to LRU when no TTLs are set.
HybridScore(f64)
Weighted score: weight * recency_score + (1 - weight) * frequency_score.
weight = 1.0 behaves like LRU; weight = 0.0 behaves like LFU.
