A message waiting to be sent to a remote peer.

Fields

message_id: u64

Unique identifier for the message.

peer_id: String

Destination peer identifier.

priority: MessagePriority

Priority tier that determines the sub-queue this message is placed in.

payload_bytes: u64

Size of the message payload in bytes, used for byte-budget accounting.

enqueued_at_tick: u64

Logical clock value at the time the message was enqueued.
