§peer_id: String

Stable identifier for the peer.

§rtt_ms: f64

Round-trip time in milliseconds.

§bandwidth_bps: f64

Measured bandwidth in bits per second.

§uptime_fraction: f64

Historical uptime as a fraction in [0, 1].

§success_rate: f64

Fraction of protocol operations that succeeded, in [0, 1].

§gossip_delivery_rate: f64

Fraction of gossip messages successfully delivered, in [0, 1].

§routing_success_rate: f64

Fraction of routing operations that succeeded, in [0, 1].

§last_updated: u64

Epoch millisecond timestamp of the last observation.
