Fields

default_upload_limit: BandwidthLimit

Default upload limit applied when a peer is first registered.

default_download_limit: BandwidthLimit

Default download limit applied when a peer is first registered.

max_peers: usize

Maximum number of peers tracked simultaneously. When the limit is reached the oldest registered peer is evicted to make room.

fairness_policy: FairnessPolicy

Policy used by PeerBandwidthManager::apply_fairness.

usage_window_ms: u64

Rolling window in milliseconds used for rate computation.
