Local candidate.

Remote candidate.

state: PairState

Current ICE state for this pair.

priority: u64

RFC 5245 pair priority: 2^32 * min(G,D) + 2 * max(G,D) + (G>D ? 1 : 0) where G = local priority (controlling), D = remote priority (controlled).

nominated: bool

Whether this pair has been nominated by the controlling agent.
