Variants

RoundRobin

Route by weight proportion (higher weight → more requests).

LeastLatency

Pick the peer with the lowest avg_latency_ms.

Random

XorShift64-based pseudo-random selection from healthy peers.

ConsistentHash

FNV-1a consistent-hash ring using virtual nodes for uniform distribution.
