Peer-selection strategy used when forwarding messages.

Variants§

§

Fixed(usize)

Always forward to the first n active peers (excluding origin).

§

Adaptive

Adaptive count: min + (active_count / 10).min(max − min).

Fields

§min: usize

Minimum number of peers to forward to.

§max: usize

Maximum number of peers to forward to.

§

Epidemic(f64)

Each active peer is included with probability p (0.0–1.0).

§

Random(u64)

Deterministic shuffle via xorshift64(seed), then take fanout_size.

§

PriorityBased

Sort peers descending by fanout_score, take fanout_size.
