Atomic counters for bootstrap coordinator activity.

All fields are AtomicU64 so they can be updated from multiple threads without acquiring a lock.

Total number of dial attempts recorded

Total number of successful connections

§total_failures: AtomicU64

Total number of failed connection attempts

§total_discovered: AtomicU64

Total number of distinct peers discovered
