How serious this finding is.

§category: String

Machine-readable category such as "stale_entry" or "empty_buckets".

§description: String

Human-readable description of the finding.

§affected_peers: Vec<String>

Peer IDs (or bucket identifiers) involved in this finding.

§detected_at_secs: u64

Unix timestamp (seconds) at which the finding was detected.
