Unique identifier assigned by the queue on enqueue.

§peer_id: String

Identifier of the peer that originated the request.

§priority: RequestPriority

Priority tier governing dequeue order.

§payload_size: u64

Size of the request payload in bytes.

§enqueued_tick: u64

Logical clock value at the time the request was enqueued.
