Fields

agreed_version: ProtocolVersion

The protocol version both peers agreed to use.

negotiated_features: Vec<FeatureFlag>

Feature flags supported by both peers.

max_frame_size: u32

Effective frame size cap — the minimum of both peers’ advertised limits.

local_peer_id: String

Peer ID of the local side.

remote_peer_id: String

Peer ID of the remote side.

negotiated_at_ms: u64

Wall-clock timestamp when negotiation completed (ms since UNIX epoch).
