Maximum number of concurrent active migrations.

§chunk_size: usize

Number of items per transfer chunk.

§timeout_ms: u64

Timeout in milliseconds for a single chunk transfer.

Whether to verify checksums after transfer completion.

§retry_count: u32

Number of retry attempts for failed chunk transfers.
