§total_requests: u64

Total requests recorded since creation.

§error_rate: f64

Fraction of requests that failed (0.0–1.0).

§avg_latency_ms: f64

Average latency across all recorded requests (ms).

§peer_stats: Vec<PlbPeerStats>

Per-peer statistics.

§healthy_peers: usize

Number of healthy peers.

§cooling_peers: usize

Number of peers in cooldown.
