Traffic class that violated its SLA.

§metric: String

Human-readable metric name (e.g. "avg_wait_ms").

§actual: f64

Observed value.

§limit: f64

Allowed limit.

§timestamp: u64

Monotonic timestamp (ms) when the violation was detected.
