Fields

msg_id: u64

Monotonically increasing identifier assigned at enqueue time.

peer_id: String

Destination peer identifier.

priority: MessagePriority

Original priority assigned by the caller.

payload_bytes: u64

Size of the message payload in bytes.

enqueued_tick: u64

Value of current_tick when the message was enqueued.

effective_priority: MessagePriority

Effective priority after aging promotions; starts equal to priority.
