Runtime state maintained for each peer.

Fields§

§peer_id: String

Peer identifier.

§tokens: f64

Current token count for the per-peer token bucket.

§last_refill: u64

Timestamp (ms) of the last token-refill operation.

§violation_count: u32

Cumulative violation count since peer was first seen (or last unbanned).

§banned_until: Option<u64>

If Some(t), the peer is banned until timestamp t.
