A record tracking the full observable state of one connection.

Fields

conn_id: u64

Stable numeric identifier assigned at open time.

peer_id: String

Human-readable peer identifier (e.g. peer ID string, socket address).

state: ConnectionHealthState

Current health state.

events: Vec<ConnectionEvent>

Ring buffer of the most recent events (capped at MAX_EVENTS).

bytes_sent: u64

Cumulative bytes written to this connection.

bytes_received: u64

Cumulative bytes read from this connection.

consecutive_failures: u32

Number of consecutive keepalive failures without an intervening success.

avg_rtt_ms: f64

Exponentially weighted moving average of the RTT in milliseconds. Initialised to 0.0 before any sample arrives.
